How to Order From Newcastle Design

1.Option A:

Make an appointment with one of our Designers. If you have room measurements and/or a personal wish list of what you may like, please bring this with you.

Option B:

Make an appointment for us to come to your home and gather your ideas and take measurements, from which we will prepare a discussion drawing and exact price based on this drawing. At this point we can quote you separately for all your electrical appliances and work surface options.

2. We do not charge for either of these options, however, there is a charge of €100 to remove the design from our showroom (Fully refunded on order).

3. To proceed from here, our Installation Manager will carefully recheck all site measurements and set out these measurements for any other trade people involved (this will mean you are not responsible for any measurement/marking set outs, etc).

4. Your Designer will discuss and agree on delivery times and deposits to proceed with your order.

5. Installation:
At Newcastle Design our Professional Installers will install your furniture with the utmost attention to detail and care.

6. After Sales:
During/after installation your site will be visited by a member of our After Sales Division to ensure your satisfaction on your project, or you can contact our Service Manager on 0404 65064 with any requests you may have now or in the future on service and maintenance of your furniture.
